Root'd is a new restaurant concept opening in the fall of 2026 at University of Arizona. Researching Gen Z and Gen Alpha food consumption trends, it was clear incoming students were looking for customization, healthy yet bold flavors, and on-the-go options. Root'd, a customizable bowl and salad restaurant with middle eastern flair, is an answer to that demand. The brand and space captures both the feeling of clean eating and fun flavors with an earthy color palette, clean type, fun wall graphics, and vibrant photography.
